Kenny graduated with a double degree in Law and Commerce majoring in Finance from La Trobe University and completed his practical legal training with College of Law.
During his studies, Kenny volunteered at the Whittlesea Community Connections Legal Service assisting clients to resolve their legal problems. Kenny previously assisted at Moonee Valley Legal Service in a policy capacity within the tenancy project team.
Kenny commenced his practise as a generalist practitioner with experience across Family Law, Wills & Estates, Criminal and Civil Litigation. Kenny now specialises exclusively in Family Law, Family Violence, and Estate Law. His background in commerce, combined with his broad experience as a generalist practitioner, equips him with a strong foundation in handling financially complex matters.Kenny is known for his direct and practical approach to parenting disputes providing clients with clear guidance and a strong focus on achieving outcomes without unnecessary complexity or expense.Kenny is committed to providing legal services that are accessible, efficient, and focused on value. Kenny is actively involved in his community including in the following organizations:

Board member of the Dual Identity Leadership Program established in 2025;

Board member and Secretary of the Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria (ECCV) 2023 - 2025;

Committee Member and Volunteer of the Vietnamese Australian Professionals Network (VAPN); and

Board Member and Vice President of the Whittlesea Multicultural Communities Council (WMCC).

He previously participated in the first pilot of the Intercultural Young Advocacy Leaders (IYAL) program with the Ethnic Communities Council of Victoria (ECCV).
Kenny speaks Vietnamese (tiếng Việt) and is passionate about bridging cultural and language barriers. He is a strong advocate for multiculturalism and actively volunteers within Victoria’s multicultural community.
